InstaBud AI (operated by DigsFact, Inc.) lets you request deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
Email info@digsfact.com from any address, with the subject “InstaBud AI data deletion request” and the phone number you used to sign in. We use that number to locate your records.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and verified phone number.
- Photos and documents you uploaded.
- Generated ROM reports and related job records.
Timing & retention
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that uploaded inputs are automatically deleted after about 7 days and generated reports after about 30 days in the normal course of operation. We may retain limited records where required by law.
